When the sun eventually broke through, early afternoon, it was lovely. When I took this image it was blowy and overcast, and around 17C. The water must have been chilly.

‘E’ wanted to see the new hotel, so we went back again for a light lunch. Ended up chatting to a lovely couple from London. They were waiting for their room, and still were when we left at 4:30! The hotel had to get another room ready, as theirs had a leak. Seems like they were fitting out a room that hadn’t been finished yet. Moral: stay in a brand new hotel at your own risk.

Walked back home, and more Sky News etc.
