UPLIFTING

Oh I needed this….a friends meet up.
The lovely smiley lady on the right…I see weekly for 2 mins over zoom as she logs her son on for his tutor session…but we really don’t get to chat. The other amazing lady had been fighting cancer for the past 2 years (10 tumours in several places) even harder through lockdown as she has had to so much alone. At the moment she’s not cured but on an even keel.
We chatted and laughed and chatted and laughed…punctuated with coffee and cake….it just wasn’t long enough.
