River Usk

Year 2 Day 146 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 250 days ago.  UK open. Overseas travel allowed with restrictions.

I spent a couple of hours strimming our rear field behind our house before a local farmer cuts the meadow ready for planting trees and shrubs this autumn. With Mrs BB working until early this evening, it left me to collect granddaughter Amelia from pre-school late this afternoon.

On the way I stopped to take an aerial photograph along the River Usk at Llanfair Kilgeddin Bridge (B4598) with view to the Blorenge Mountain (top left) and the Sugar Loaf (top right). Beautiful Welsh scenery and a lovely enjoyable 70 minute round drive to collect Amelia.
