Egg Ladder

Kara is continuing her climb up the egg ladder after an initial allergic reaction when she was about 6 months old. We are on step 3 now, boiled eggs. Just to be safe we did over cook them (runny yolks is the next step) but mixed with a bit of Mayo or Philli for us they are fine.

Glad we learnt the hard boiled egg in the Instant Pot ‘recipe’. Makes it so much easier to cook a bunch in one go.
