Eggy parcels

Blown hen's eggs (used yolks yesterday to make Easter cake- now in freezer) covered in Scilla flowers, ferns, leaves and red and brown onion skins. Wrapped tightly in thread .

This was all a but tricky but I saw a web site with such interesting dyed eggs that I thought I would have a go. The skins are soaked before wrapping around the egg shells.
Now I will boil them for 20 minutes with all the leftover skins and see what appears.
If they come out OK I may blip them tomorrow- fingers crossed ........
