Shamrock With Irish Hamster
This little fellow spent the last week sitting on my desk at work but I got so sidetracked with blipping birds that I didn't give him his moment of fame on St. Patrick's Day. The shamrock plant he's sitting in is well over 20 years old. The dear thing blooms with enthusiasm and then goes dormant for a while. It's amazing and almost every member of the family has taken a shoot and started their own plant at one time or another. I have a feeling it'll outlive all of us. It's a good thing I have two Irish grandsons to give it to.
