The onion crop was a little too long in the ground and we have some whoppers . They’re drying in the green house and then we’ll plait them. Autumn onion soup will be on the menu.
Morning trip out in Stan the can , walked from the Woollen Mill along the Nenagh River, we didn’t see a soul (other than a huge bull who just kept a steady calm eye on us ) and the dog managed a joyous quick sneaky dip in the shallows.
