Harvesting

This morning I made the Almond, Raspberry and Plum traybake. It took much longer than the recipe said, as the recipe assumed I'd have a food processor. I don't and had to do everything manually. It also needed to cool fully to be cut up, so it was not ready before we went to Jeri's, and as I'm now stuffed from filling my face over there I won't be trying it until tomorrow. The little bit that broke off when I was slicing it was delicious though.

It was good to see everyone over there again. We just relaxed (except for Paul who was busy in the kitchen!), chatted, read and watched football on TV. And we ate some yummy food too!
