Best dressed tree!

A horrible start to the day, stoping to help a poor woman whose dog had been hit by a car, but good to see lots of people stop to offer assistance, and the pompiers soon came along, blue lights flashing. Then met a friend and we had a beautiful walk in the cool and quiet before the tourists started swarming. Found this very well dressed tree. No idea why.
