I have Leo to thank for this shot. He asked to go out for a quick run around 9pm as he said the sky was lovely. He stopped to snap this and he was right, it was a real beauty.  

He is so into his fitness at the moment. He has cleaned out his treat cupboard which is now a protein cupboard!

He is still doing regular gym, footie and goalkeeping sessions and now pops out for a run every now and again.  I ought to get him to wear my Fitbit!

At least I can walk again now so should get to 1000 miles by the end of the year which will be pretty good given how much I have had to stay off my feet.  I am still taking it carefully and not overdoing it but I think I have seen the tendonitis off for now.
