Saturday: Blackbird in the Cotoneaster

Apologies for another blurry photo of a "Bird in a Bush" this time it's Mr Blackbird who's spotted the cotoneaster berries ripening, he was giving me little warning chirrps, just to let me know he was there :-))
Before the rain started this morning I moved the Green and Purple Dwarf Green Beans out of the greenhouse - they're getting a bit straggly and compost was very dry in the terracotta pot but today's rain will have sorted that! Picked a handful of mixed beans from the plants too, enough to make tonight's curry interesting! That's what I was doing when I heard Mr Blackbird ...
I've connected with 2 more DNA cousins, one in Anglesey and the other in Spain.
Did some reading and watched another episode of "Oak Island", too wet for gardening.
MrD had gone on his motorbike, seems it was dry on the mainland but all the roads very busy.
