First attempt at carrot cake. Verdict: not bad!

Used a Mary Berry recipe from her Simple Cakes book, but replaced cream cheese icing with one made of Greek yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla essence. Nice!

Also doubles as a Pac-Man.
