Ramune

I had a bottle of Japanese Ramune yuzu fizzy juice today. Ramune come in a ‘codd neck’ bottle which uses a marble to seal it rather than a lid. I did a bit of googling to see if you could get the marble out the bottle (a screwdriver & brute force :-) ) and discovered that the drink was introduced in Kobe, Japan by a Scots pharmacist called Alexander Cameron Sim!
