Flower Friday

In my friends lovely garden there are many beautiful flowers and many that bees love. Had a very gentle day and this afternoon we went to a relatively local garden which was a treasure house of planting and spots of colour and drama, with ponds and a rill and grottos and sculptures and most importantly a tea room with delicious cakes.

after dinner we watched the news, including the news from plymouth which was shocking with six people having been killed by a gunman! Not my area of the city but very close to it. Find it very hard to understand why anyone would do that.

Before bed we went into the garden to look at stars and saw a couple of bright shooting stars which was a joy.
