Tes Leches

We were invited to a friend's 60th birthday, at a very nice Mexican restaurant in Donegal town. The cake was brought out before any candles were added, it was delicious, I hadn't tried Tres Leches (Milk Cake) before, but I would recommend it.
An enjoyable evening, after an extra long drive from Moy due to a number of accidents that caused lots of tail backs, a journey that normally takes under 2 hours took 2 hours 40 minutes. I just hope everyone involved is okay.
