One way

Haven't walked to the shops since I started having pre pacemaker problems.  It is a challege I mean to tackle.  Today I got the chance to have a lift there, hada bit of a meander, and found it a bit crowded.  I did walk home, admittedly it is downhill, but it is a start.
The prescription for my change of medication has finally reached the pharmacy - but it is not in their normal stock, so may get it tomorrow.  It has taken numerous phone calls etc to get to this stage.  Dont fancy going to the shopping centre on a Saturday, so will probably leave it till Monday.
