No 24. It's been a long time coming

I started this project almost 2 years ago.  Explanation here. 

The previous Blue Plaque, No 23, was blipped well over a year ago.  There are 40 in total; who knows when I'll finish.  Or indeed, if.

A quick excursion into Central Milton Keynes today, hence the blip.  As we crossed over the M1 motorway we noticed that the Northbound section was stationary; nobody moving.  On the way home, nearly 2 hours later, it was still stationary.  I felt for the people stuck there.
