On a roll ....

Decided to experiment with "flavoured" breads and so made tomato and herb rolls. Two will be enjoyed tomorrow for breakfast as the building block for T's bacon rolls.

We enjoyed mince & tatties for tea tonight- been a while since I had that. 

I also started a new family history project- exploring Robbins & Timmons  families in Dundee (including that of my great great grandparenrs Bridget Robbins & Patrick Timmons)  who migrated to Dundee in 1840s & 50s from Ireland (mainly County Offaly. 

 T played golf today in the first time in over 10 years. It went well & he is planning on joining the local club.
