Sunflower

This afternoon I spent time with my Mum , then while the sun shone i pottered about at the allotment.
I picked the fully grown green peppers to ripen on a sunny windowsill at home. I gave the pepper plants a good feed . Hopefully they will flower again.
Our allotment does not have a fence , we have sunflowers. The sunflower I am blipping opened up overnight . I love it’s golden / rusty colours.
I went back to Mums with a load of shopping.
I’m starting back with the chair yoga class in the communal area in her building next week. It’s good news as it was popular.

This evening I’m watching the Proms from the Albert Hall. They are playing Igor Stravinsky’s Firebird. I would love to see the ballet it comes from.
