A morning mooch around Fitrovia - picking up from where I left off on Tuesday. I thought I knew it but there are so many interesting nooks and crannies it deserves further investigation. There's a new square opening on to Tottenham Court Road with loads of benches. So this bloke had no need to sprint for a seat. Unless he was running the gamut of the pigeons.

I enjoyed people watching from a front row seat in a café and later at a pizza joint. Plenty of carbs today. Better have something a bit healthier for supper.
