I came across this device while walking near a sports ground.

Research leads me to believe that it is the Elkay LK4420BF1UDB -EZH20 outdoor bottle filling station.

Water bottles are filled by pressing a button while holding a bottle under the top spout.

There are two further water fountains on the device, the ground level one being for dogs.

I watched a dog walker activate the button with her knee.

I was too slow to record the moment.

Apparently the recommended retail price is £6400 or it can be rented.
