Pre work 10km; a productive enough day WFH, I guess. 
To make up the time I'd lost on Monday, I plodded on a bit, and as I finished work She said "can we give tonight a miss?' which is usually (but not always) code for I'm already into thirst quenching mode. 

So I braved the rain and laid in supplies of boy friendly food stuffs and awaited the inevitable backlash.
