There goes the park ranger, off to catch the miscreants who have lingered too long watching the sunset.
Which was spectacular and worth lingering for (extra) - it's always surprising in August when we get the high clouds as well as the coastal fog.
There were plenty of young people still in the reserve as I left - whether it was  the unusually warm evening, or the promise of Perseids, or the first day back at high school for many of the seniors, I don't know. But that ranger was out to catch them.
