The bottom of the river

A bit of low tech wildlife filming - a gopro on a fishing rod and the remains of a ham sandwich attracting some of the local stream's eel and trout population.

The eel was curious about the sweetcorn, but spat it out and was definitely keener on Waitrose ham (maybe we should try Morrisons next time?). 

In the extra - a trout in mid gulp of a bit of bread.
