it worked

We had Victor and Rosie today and they had a good time doing all sorts of stuff. Victor is still into space travel and he’d brought one of his Lego astronauts with him. He put him in an old coffee tin and wanted to parachute him down to earth from the bedroom window. We’d got some balloons and Victor decided 11 would be needed to give him a reasonably soft landing. It took me a while to get 11 balloons through the window with a coffee tin hanging on the end, and then throwing it all over the top of the huge clematis that’s growing there - but according to Victor and Rosie standing below his landing was ‘awesome’.
