Along the shore (Day 2289)

Another lovely start to the day, and after walking Sigyn, I headed through to Stromness to get the horse chores done. As I was finishing, and thinking of getting George ready for a ride, Mum showed up. We made the most of the weather and headed out on George and Jeepers.
Home for lunch and a wander at Lyde with Sigyn, then a while in the kitchen making a vat of bolognese.
I managed to get the lawn cut at long last before a last trip of the day to Stromness to check on the horses.
Apparently  my beautiful wife hasn't melted yet, but it is a close run thing.
