Work continues on the new build with signs everywhere for PPE to be worn at all times. These guys wear harnesses the whole of the time they're off the ground. You can see the height from the chimneys below them. Now take a look at the link to one of the most famous images in the world, taken in 1932 during the construction of the GE Building at Rockefeller Center in New York. The photograph is of 11 men eating lunch, seated on a girder with their feet dangling hundreds of feet above the New York City streets. How times have changed : )
