Now THAT's a first!

I have never - YET - been beaten by any screw-top lid.  But, with advancing years I've begun to wonder about a "Toptakeroffer" as advertised now and then.
What I never envisaged was an inability to remove the top from a Yogurt pot.  I was face with three choices.
1. Let them rot in the pot - HARDLY?
2. Seek out a pair of Pliers.
3. Take the idle route - a sharp knife.
Funny thing is I tend to buy them in sevens, though they frequently last just over the week, I've already de-topped 5-6 successfully - NO problem.

By the time I'm finished you hardly need to wash them?
