Houseboat

We came down to Glastonbury yeaterday (where we are staying) and  went to visit MiL in her new Care home in Wells. We had an appointment at 4pm. We were slightly early so had to wait. Then we managed to see her in the 'music room', and after half an hour a carer came and told us it was time to go. Poor MiL was distraught. She is settling in well, but when we live at the other end of the country and then only get to see her for half an hour (despite masks, aprons and gloves) I think it is very hard.
This afternoon we are taking her to the dentist for a check up so we will spin that out a bit....!
As we were free this morning we went for a walk at Ham Wall RSPB reserve which was relaxing. I took this shot not expecting much but I was amused to see than there was a pair of ducks who had made a nest on the right of this floating structure with at least two ducklings in, so thougt it would make a nice blip.
