IN good time

I worked until 22:00 last night and today I had Nate under my wing, mainly to try and help him get his arse into gear. He has so much potential but is just to over competent and he is on a path to disaster which is a real shame. Today he did this repair and worked really well once I got him moving in the right direction, he did this repair in good time, I might see if we can by him some Listening Ears.
