A rather scary looking spider

The postman found this next to our door bell, he did use the bell - not sure I would have!  It seems it is a female wasp spider.  It is a recent arrival in the UK from the continent and is slowly spreading over the South of England. They are harmless but even so I am going to aviod her!

The sunshine seems to have arrived which is nice to see.  I did a run / walk to the allotment and did a little weeding.  Lots of weeds growing so lots more to do!
