Sparsity

Heard in a discussion on National Radio this afternoon about homecoming Kiwis: “There is a total sparsity of places in MIQ presently”.

What a wonderful combination of scarcity and sparseness. So good that it sounds like a proper word.

The early brassica seeds have germinated. These are cabbages. And the sun has been shining warmth onto us. Jeaniebean took some time to decide whether it was warm enough to get into the creek at the bottom of the road. (See extra.)
