The Wanderer

This is a larger than life statue by Sean Henry, called The Wanderer. It is situated outside Woking Station and is one of five figures that Henry produced for an exhibition in Woking in 2017. The exhibition closed in November of that year but Woking Council decided to purchase the sculptures which are now to be found in various locations around the town centre. Sean Henry is a well known artist who was born in Woking in 1965, although perhaps not quite as well known as Paul Weller, the 'Modfather', who also hails from the town.
