Super Saturday...

Faith once again was our early morning alarm call.  She dropped her crayons on the stairs and couldn't pick them all up and instead of calling her mum and dad, who do you think she called on....yes, DAVID!!!  DAVID!  HELP!  DAVID!  Of course he was there to help her in the blink of an eye.  He's just as besotted with her as she is with him :-))

After lunch they all went for a walk leaving me at home to snooze think about dinner and have a quick tidy up.  

David returned having left them having ice cream at Cafe Kisa.  Poor Sharon was exhausted as the walk was much longer than they'd planned (Sharon has cerebral palsy, which affects her ability to walk but she doesn't let it stop her.  We met when we were both on the Board of Governors at The Craighalbert Centre). He told them to text when whey were done and he would go and pick them up.  They returned just over an hour and a half later soaked to the skin, having decided to walk then getting caught in a torrential rain shower about five minutes from home!  

It seemed like a good time for the girls to go in the pool.  Sharon when upstairs to get showered and changed and D went in the pool with Lewa and the girls.  They had a ball.  I wish I had an ounce of their energy!

After dinner David was once again on the operating table, although it was decided this evening that it was a hospital spa, as while Anna operated on David, Faith cut his hair!  

As his operation went on I was intrigued by how it would end as it looked as though a cesarean section may be required.  Turns out he was getting cosmetic surgery as at the end Anna asked him to stand up and announced "Look at your six pack!"  

I thought I was going to pass out laughing!
