Catching the sun on an afternoon outing. I managed to lock myself out before taking this photo but luckily JH is still working from home and I was able to pick up the set of keys that she has - and it was good to have a brief catch-up before I let her get on with her work. I went to the library to pick up my latest diabetes book. I now have a lot of books on diabetes and on cooking for diabetics, so all I need to do now is actually read them.
