Departing Delightful Devon

It’s always quite hard checking out of an AirBnb at 10am, especially when you’re relying on young adults to move too.

But we did it and 3 cars headed off in different directions.

We went to Knightshayes Park to meet Elbows cousin and her family for a walk and a coffee. We then drove off to Salisbury to deliver LongLegs at the railway station and then on towards home.

The traffic these last 2 weekends has been stupidly heavy, as the country shuffles around on staycation. It reminds me soooo much of family holidays growing up - all those long queues on the A303, surrounded by caravans and other loaded cars. I think Elbows has started to think that a car with air conditioning and a working radio might be soon on our wish list. :-)
