Campsies Hills from New Kilpatrick Cemetary

After a bitterly cold day yesterday with snow flurries at night, it brightened up this afternoon. I took advantage of the sunshine to capture the Campsie Hills with, what hopefully, will be the last dusting of snow till next winter. I took the winding back road over to Mugdock Country Park (known locally as the 'Kyber Pass') hoping that I might see the Highland cows that graze in the vicinity, but no such luck.
The shot I have posted is the wonderful view over Bearsden and Milngavie from the cemetary with the Douglas Park golf course in the foreground. You can just see a bunker below the line of fir trees. The landscape is dappled with light and shade as clouds race across the sky.
