Sleepy duck

Properly knackered again today, and feeling rather under the weather - but the actual weather was much better!  I forced myself to go out for a short, slow, walk before dinner, which was lovely and I was glad I'd bothered.

Some sad news today - found out that our old neighbour Sue had died.  Also learned from my Mum that my cousin, who has terminal cancer, was in hospital again - but hopefully being discharged this evening to stay with my other cousin (her brother) and his wife.

I chaired a meeting this afternoon, all about reporting from our CRM, which went well, I think.  I was glad I'd taken time last week to properly prepare for it.
