Abandoned?

A walk with friends starting from Lichfield.  A lot of the route was along quiet lanes but there was also some field work.  At this time of year I tend to wear long trousers, even in good weather. There is so much vegetation alongside the paths, particularly nettles and thistles, that bare legs tend to suffer.
