The original Freuchie

Before I left Roxy and Glasgow this morning, I took a photo of this painting of our old westie, Freuchie, who gave me my blipname. He was our much-loved family pet when the girls were young.

The pawtrait was painted by a Drymen amateur artist, Bunny Campbell, who presented it to me as a thank you for something I'd done for her back in the 90s. Although I appreciated the kind gesture, I never really liked it, which is why Lulabel has given it a home.

After yesterday's downpours, today has been a vast improvement with warm sunshine all day, but it's not looking good for tomorrow...
