Notes: Up early and feeling awake, in my body. Had coffee and headed out around 8a for Trader Joe's downtown. Another huge shopping of mostly dry goods and longer lasting items. Big storms blew in mid evening - high winds shocking thunder and blazes of lightning with driving rain. Was fantastic tho a bit loud.
