Stairway to, what now?

Ever since I've had teeth I've been walking up these stairs about every six months to visit my dentist.
I have never been afraid
I have never been hurt
I have never worried about going
Today could very well be the last time I feel like that
MY DENTIST IS RETIRING
The practice is being taken over so I don't have to find a new one but no one else has ever seen my teeth
He has seen me grow up
Get married
Have both my children
Seen them both get teeth
Tell them to clean their teeth properly
See them grow up
Given them both braces
But nothing lasts forever...
I wished him a fantastic retirement and thanked him for his commitment to my family's teeth!!
I will have to try the new dentist but he has big feet to follow and no longer will I walk up thoughts stairs nor worrying... But I will give him a chance :(
