Rainbow paper

I don't know what exactly this is or why it's on this pole. It's some kind of reflective surface with what seems to be the quality of paper. Strange.

Back in Maryland after a day trip to Cedar Point. Still on vacation. Not much going on except relaxing. That was a long, tiring drive, but it was worth it.
