In the foothills of the Pentlands

we keep finding ourselves in the Pentlands on our weekly walk but it’s such a vast area that every walk is different, today was round Torduff reservoir and through a bit woodland. Apparently a mere 500 million years ago Scotland lay south of the equator, separate from England and Europe, then the Tory government came along :)
