So many…

…photos today. Enjoyed our usual summer day trip to Oban and Ganavan Sands.

Generally we head up through Glencoe, but having just taken the road after Tyndrum we were quickly caught in a tail back…so we did a u-turn and headed back to take the more direct route.

Right decision…despite initial fears that we would hit rain today the weather was glorious…we had a lovely afternoon on the beach paddling in water that was actually quite warm!

All four members of the Barmy Army with us…and all quite willingly today, nae moaners and out of bed early enough :-) Whole family days out are a rare occasion these days, with an age range of 20 - 13 hardly surprising but I do miss them.

They know I love this wee trip and humour their old Mum, certainly for the boys I am sure the fish supper and Irn Bru tea on the beach plays a part in their involvement…lol!

I don’t care how I get them there, it was a cracking day and it was lovely all being together with minimal screen usage for all of us!
