You are what you eat!
Today is the start of food detox. Once in while it's good (trying to persuade myself here) to go on a detox. It's not a diet but just trying to control those carbs in the evening and quit cheese, bread, crisps, dark spirits, M&Ms, Take Aways, etc... after 3pm. We'll start with 2 weeks and see what happens. It usually does some good and helps the body to recover a little from all that junk that needs processing.
With a little bit of exercises as well I should be feeling real good in two weeks time!! (And ready to start eating cheese again). But for now, it's grilled pork, chicken, salads and a lot of fruits and veg...
