Blue ringed dancer

According to my insect and other bug ID app, this is a blue ringed dancer, a species of narrow winged damsel fly. I don't see many of these around here. Today the garden was alive with a wide range of flying insects. There was also a lady bird larva which was eating aphids on a rose. This is what we like to see.
