An escapee

We don’t always agree on whether plants and weeds that grow between the paving stones should be removed or retained. But we did agree that this little viola that has self-seeded should stay where it is. A little further along there is a self-seeded tomato plant, close to where we had a grow-bag of tomatoes last year. Gardening always has its surprises.
