Springter or winsummer?

Today's blip is at least outdoors, in our snowy garden on the first day of spring - allegedly! These hellebores have somehow managed to survive in the building site that is our back garden, along with some pretty but bedraggled crocuses. I didn't even try to blip those poor weather beaten specimens. This time last spring the temperature was in double figures and our daffs were out. Think it could be June before they are out this year!

Off to work now hoping that the snow stays off! But my packed bag is in the car just in case I have to cadge a bed for the night.....
