I’m Just Mad About Saffron

On a very wet and dreich day, Walkerburn is enlivened by this yellow house. I know that it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it always brightens my mood when I see it.
Mr P and I visited Home Basics this afternoon to look for furniture for his new studio. We picked up a very comfy leather chair for only £15, among other things.
I spent most of the morning hanging on the phone sorting out various insurances.
Other news today, it transpires that my ex-boss has also now decided to retire…..at Christmas.
